At Aldershvile Plant Nursery, we have a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) business profile, which means we aim to take social responsibility in society, particularly in our local community. We believe that there is potential in all people, regardless of life's challenges. Therefore, we collaborate with municipalities, residential care homes, and foundations.

We find that individuals who intern with us experience personal development. As a company, we can help people in society who are willing to lend a hand. It brings us joy in our daily work to provide others with an uplifting experience, where they can try their hand at tasks within the gardening profession.

Each collaboration is agreed upon and planned by the nursery's management, who, together with the intern and any support person, enter into an agreement that suits the nursery's work tasks, as well as the intern's interests and abilities.
